Arcade, other big downtown Dayton projects get millions in state tax credits

January 29, 2024 – A couple projects that seek to reactivate large commercial properties in downtown Dayton have won millions of dollars in special state tax credits that are reserved for catalytic investments. New defense-focused center to open at the downtown Arcade ‘Hub’

December 14, 2023 – State and local leaders on Friday will celebrate the opening of a new downtown Dayton haven for national defense-focused problem solvers. The Great Lakes Mission Acceleration Center will open at the Dayton Arcade between Third and Fourth streets that is funded by federal Defense Innovation Unit and National Security Innovation Network dollars.
