Entrepreneurs Center is moving ‘Nucleus’ space to the Arcade
The Entrepreneurs Center is moving its co-working space from the “444” building in downtown’s Innovation District to the quickly developing Dayton Arcade. The co-working space is now at the Kuhn’s building, 15 W. Fourth St. The Entrepreneurs Center will follow to the Arcade as a whole in late 2020.
Dayton Arcade gutted in $90M plan to create ‘city within a city’
The Dayton Arcade is starting to look like its original 1904 self again after months of demolition work have stripped most of its commercial additions down to bare bones. Alterations dating back to the 1960s and 1980, which gave the arcade a retro-shopping center kind of feel, have been removed, including the escalator, elevator and storefronts.

Free downtown Dayton shuttle doubling initial target for riders
Dayton’s free shuttle service launched less than six months ago, but already buses are packed at lunchtime and after work, and new riders are discovering the service almost every day. The Flyer shuttle’s ridership has far exceeded the expectations of the Greater Dayton RTA, which expects to spend about $1.1 million annually operating the service, with $300,000 coming from partners.
